General terms and conditions


The current General terms and conditions establish the relationship between INTERMODUL Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "Intermodul - online furniture shop" and visitors and customers of Internet e-shop that is on the Internet address (domain) www.intermodul.bg, (hereinafter referred to as Site). These conditions apply to all customers. With clicking on each item, link or button on the pages of www.intermodul.bg   (excluding the link to the current General conditions) the customer agrees, accepts completely and is obliged to comply with the General conditions.

 1.Registration


The e-shop "Intermodul - online furniture shop" gives its customers the opportunity to take a look at and buy the items and services presented there. First, it is necessary to register yourselves in order to have the right to place valid orders regarding the goods offered at "Intermodul - online furniture shop". With the registration you should enter the address, used for the delivery, your first name and surname, e-mail, contact telephone number. You should choose a password too. After a successful registration you have the opportunity to correct your contact telephone number and/ or delivery address. Ticking the "I agree with the General conditions" box the customer makes an electronic declaration according to the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, stating that they are familiar with the present General conditions and they accept and agree with them completely.

 

2.Privacy


The personal data that "Intermodul - online furniture shop receives with the registration will be used only for customer's servicing - accepting and processing orders, contract with consumers in case of problems arisen, connected with the order. "Intermodul - online furniture shop guarantees that the obtained data will not be given in any form to third persons or used for purposes different from the described above. The user account of a particular customer could be removed from the database of "Intermodul - online furniture shop", together with the data that the account contains (without the data for the already placed orders) in any time, if the consumer wishes.

We need this information in order to be able to deliver the items to the address given by you. We have to use your e-mail and telephone number in order to confirm the order placed, as well as to inform you about any changes occurred or any problems with its delivery. This information is thought of being personal and is stored in our company site. In case you choose not to publish your personal data, you are not going to have the chance to take advantage of the services we could offer you.

 

3. Orders


Orders are accepted by the site 24 hours a day, including the days off (especially weekends) and official holidays. When placing your order you choose items of PRODUCT CATALOGUE as you click "ADD TO CART" button. In that way you start filling in your shopping cart. You can change anytime its contents as well as the quantity of the chosen items. Each time you change the contents or the quantity of the cart you need to click the "Update" button. If you would like to add new products of the product catalogue to the cart, you should only click the "Continue shopping" button. When you decide to place your order, you should tick in the SHOPPING CART the items that you would like to buy and then click "Place your order" button that is at the bottom right corner. The next step is to confirm as ticking the address of your account or to enter new address. What follows is choosing the method of payment through ticking. After completing the procedure described you will receive a confirmation message about your order together with all details that will appear on the screen of your computer. You are going to receive the same message by the e-mail you have given. What is necessary for the order to start being processed is CONFIRMATION by an administrator of "Intermodul - online furniture shop". For that purpose our administrator will get in touch with you on the contact phone number given by you in respect of all the details, such as period of order fulfillment, delivery conditions and others. On working days the submitted orders are processed every 15 minutes and the customer receives a CONFIRMATION. It is sent to the customer by e-mail and it could be read in their personal user account. The confirmation contains all the necessary order details. After receiving the CONFIRMATION the customer could proceed with the payment method. With choosing the way of payment and completing your order you explicitly agree to pay in advance 100% the price of the order.

After completing the order you are going to receive by your e-mail the details of the order and it will be recorded in your user account.

 

All orders completed the ways Paying in cash, by bank transfer, by debit or credit card via our Virtual POS are regarded as being bound by a contract between "Intermodul - online furniture shop" and the customer, ONLY after a successful payment.


In case of an unsuccessful payment of an order it is stored for 7 days in your user account and it could be paid again using the same or another way of payment. If no payment is received within this period of time „Intermodul - online furniture shop" reserves the right to delete the order. For every processing step of the order (confirming the delivery date, delivery service, etc) you will be notified by e-mail. You could track your current as well as all your former orders using your user account, entering your user name (e-mail) and password.

 

4. Price of the order


The final price of the order is calculated as a total of the ordered items together with the delivery fee that is separately written. All prices include VAT and they are not subject to change from the moment of receiving the order status "CONFIRMED" up to the moment of paying it.

The final price of the order does not include "collect on delivery" fee, amounting to 1 % of the sum of the order, only in the cases when the customer has chosen that method of payment. This amount of money together with the sum of the order is due and payable to the deliverer/ courier when the order is delivered.

 

5. Method of payment


5.1. Paying by bank debit or credit card via Virtual POS Terminal of "Intermodul - online furniture shop" (Borica,Master Card, Visa) - the amount of money due is paid by your debit or credit card through the Borica payment processing server, servicing virtual POS terminal. After choosing this method of payment you will be transferred to the Borica payment processing server to complete the transaction. "Intermodul - online furniture shop" informs you if the payment has been successful or has not as it visualizes an electronic receipt of the transaction, which will be also sent to the customer's e-mail.

The electronic receipt of a successful transaction includes the following information:

  • Customer's name;
  • Data of transaction;
  • Number of the order
  • Description of the items/ services ordered
  • Transaction amount;

  After a successful payment the processing of your order starts.If the payment is unsuccessful, "Intermodul - online furniture shop" visualizes a message saying that the transaction is unsuccessful, as it will be also sent to the customer's e-mail. In this case the order is considered as not confirmed and is not regarded as being bound to "Intermodul - online furniture shop". The order is stored for 7 working days in the user account of the customer and they can try to pay it again using the same or another way of payment. After the term expires „Intermodul - online furniture shop" reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

"Intermodul - online furniture shop" DO NOT HAVE and DO NOT STORE any kind of the cardholder's information, their bank card numbers and CVV2/CVC2 details. They are processed only in the banking system, Borica.

 

5.2.Paying by bank transfer -amount of money due is going to be paid by a bank transfer to the bank account given by "Intermodul - online furniture shop"

 After receiving the bank confirmation that the sum of the order is transferred to our account, the processing of your order starts. If there is no payment made for a period of 7 days after placing the order "Intermodul - online furniture shop" reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

5.3. Paying in cash - choosing this method of payment you should pay your order in cash in a showroom chosen by you. The choice can be made out of the places described in our menu "Contacts". After the payment is done, the processing of your order starts. If there is no payment made for a period of 7 days after placing the order "Intermodul - online furniture shop" reserves the right to cancel the order. If choosing Paying in cash you could also point out, as an additional condition, to use Collect on delivery (Payment on delivery) option.

If you choose that method Paying in cash with collect on delivery then you should pay the deliverer/ courier the amount of money of the order together with 1% COD fee that will be added to the sum of order.

All orders completed that way Paying in cash with collect on delivery are regarded as being bound by a contract between "Intermodul - online furniture shop" and the customer, after receiving the status "Processed".


6. Terms and delivery rates


The standard delivery time of most of the items of the PRODUCT CATALOGUE of "Intermodul - online furniture shop" is 5 working days but many of the orders are delivered faster. Part of the items need longer period to be manufactured. That is why the administrator of "Intermodul - online furniture shop" indicates the period of time which the order will be fulfilled for. Afterwards you are going to receive an e-mail message about the order status "Processed" and you could proceed with the method of payment you have chosen.
For each processing step of your order you will be informed by the e-mail given. The delivery fee is separately written from the price of the item in your order.
 The Collect on delivery fee, concerning orders to be delivered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (amounting to 1% of the sum of the order), is not included in the sum of the order and you should pay the fee separately to the deliverer/ courier.

 

7. Problems with order fulfillment


Fulfilling your order could be prevented because of some of the following reasons:

1. No payment has been done or it has been deferred by the customer, if they have chosen bank transfer or via electronic payment (via POS or epay.bg)

2. The customer has given wrong or incomplete delivery address.

3.There is no telephone or wrong customer's telephone number has been given.
If problems with the delivery arise through the fault of "Intermodul - online furniture shop", then all additional cost will be at our expense.

In all other cases sending the order will be at the expense of the customer.

 

8. Arguments and complaints


If any situations arise regarding outstanding problems, the customer has the right to address the controversial issues to our assistant at the (e-mail) address given in section "Contacts" on the website.

 

9. Cancelling an order


The customer has the opportunity to refuse and cancel their order before being expedited for a courier dispatch or deliverer to the address, given by the customer, as they have to inform "Intermodul - online furniture shop" IN WRITTEN FORM ABOUT THE CANCELLATION by e-mail: administrator_2@intermodul.bg.
In that case "Intermodul - online furniture shop" sends a confirmation mail to the customer concerning the cancellation request and notifies them of the term of refunding the sum of the order, including the delivery costs, as the commissions, bank or payment system operator fees (depending on the payment method chosen) will be deducted from the total amount of money. The sum will be refunded with means of payment, chosen by the customer, within the 30-day period from the confirmation of the cancellation by "Intermodul - online furniture shop".


10.Returning an item


The customer has the right without being obliged to pay commission and without giving a reason to return the received item within 7 working days of the day of receiving it. In this case the customer should return the item in intact original packing, not damaged or spoiled and not used according to the regulations of art.55 of the Customer Protection Act. In case of breach of these conditions "Intermodul - online furniture shop" reserves the right not to accept the returned item and respectively not to refund the costs for buying it by the customer. The customer is obliged to notify "Intermodul - online furniture shop" of their wish to return the item/ items by e-mail:  administrator_2@intermodul.bg and to return it/them unwrapped in the office of "Intermodul - online furniture shop", as the delivery costs are to be at the expense of the customer.

In case the already delivered item is returned and the conditions of intact packing and not used item are observed "Intermodul - online furniture shop" refunds the sum of the item(s) within the 30-day legally determined period with means of payment, chosen by the customer, about paying the order. All the costs for receiving and returning the purchased item(s), bank fees and other costs not included in the sum of the ordered items are at the expense of the customer. "Intermodul - online furniture shop" notifies the customer of the sum of money to be refunded.

 

11. Security


You bear full responsibility for protecting your user name and password as well as for all the actions done by it (the account profile) or a third person through using the user name and password. You are obliged to notify immediately "Intermodul - online furniture shop"  and the respective authorities of each case of illegal access through using your user name and password, as well as when there is a risk of using it.

-          Crypting

We provide high level of protection of the information when using the services of the website.

-         Lost or stolen information:

You should inform us if your user name and password are stolen, lost or they are used against your will. In such cases we are going to deactivate and delete your account profile in order to prevent abuses.

-          Change of the personal data:

If a change of your personal data is made (change of address, telephone number, e-mail), you have the opportunity to correct them in your user account. That will help us fulfil your orders properly.

 

12. Intellectual property and rights


All content included on the website, such as software, photos, graphics, texts and interface is the property of Intermodul Ltd. The content aims at helping the customers of the website to take maximum advantage of our services. Any other use of the mentioned above substantial parts including modification, reproduction and distribution without the written consent of "Intermodul - online furniture shop" is to be punished by the law.

 

13. Other conditions


You, in the capacity of a customer, are obliged to compensate "Intermodul - online furniture shop" and all third persons concerning damages caused and missed benefits, including any costs and paid attorney fees as a result of claims and / or paid commissions to third persons in connection with Internet pages, hyperlinks, materials or information that you have used, placed on the server or anywhere on www.intermodul.bg, as well as sent, spread and made known to third persons or become accessible via www.intermodul.bg as breaching the law, the present conditions of use, good manners or Internet ethics. "Intermodul - online furniture shop" guarantees its customers the privacy and confidentiality of the information and personal data given. The last mentioned ones are not going to be used, granted or brought to the knowledge of third persons, excluding the cases and in the conditions stated in the present conditions of use.

No matter if you have placed an order or haven't, when using the Services, offered by "Intermodul - online furniture shop", you are obliged:

 

  • not to breach but to respect the rights and freedom of citizens according to the Constitution, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and international acts where the country takes part in, moral rules, good manners and Internet ethics when using the services offered by "Intermodul - online furniture shop";

 

  • not to breach other's tangible or intangible property rights, absolute and relative rights and interests, such as the ownership right, intellectual property right, etc

 

  • to notify immediately "Intermodul - online furniture shop" and the respective authorities of any case of breach done or found, when using the service offered;

 

  • not to run, start, send, transfer, spread or use in any possible way and not to make known to third persons software, computer programmes, files, applications or other materials with computer viruses, systems for unauthorized remote control, computer codes or materials intended to interrupt, perplex, violate or restrict the normal operation of a computer hardware or software or telecommunication devices aiming at unauthorized penetration or access to foreign resources or software, or obscene messages, commercial messages, texts and photos with pornography contents, computer viruses, texts and software that are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act;

 

  • not to perform malicious actions. You shall agree that you are liable for using internet and the services offered on the website. The materials published on the website are used for legal purposes. We do not consent the website content to be used by other persons for other purposes. The prices and availability on the website could be altered without a preliminary notice.
